Zuzanna Grochowska — graduate and lecturer at the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. She also completed studies in Art History at the University of Warsaw. A visual artist living and working in Warsaw, she engages in practices spanning sculpture, painting, and installation. She was a finalist of the 17th edition of the Artistic Journey by Hestia. She participated in the solo project SOON, organized by the Starak Family Foundation. She has received the Polish Minister of Culture and National Heritage scholarship three times — for outstanding achievements in art and for the realization of two projects. At the end of 2019, she was distinguished in the nationwide Young Painting Review Promocje in Legnica. In 2021, her works were shown internationally at the Doncaster Art Fair, and she was selected for the International Summer Academy of Fine Arts in Salzburg. In 2022, her works appeared in nationwide exhibitions such as Laboratorium rzeźby and the 47th Biennale Winter Salon, as well as gallery exhibitions like Dreams and Secrets at Tlen Gallery. In 2023, she presented her works during the 55th Anniversary Exhibition of the Faculty of Graphic Arts and at the exhibition The Physics of the Soft World at Sotto 63 Gallery in Warsaw. In 2024, she curated the exhibition Crossword puzzle at Suline Gallery and exhibited her paintings alongside Sara Ilia in make you feel better at the Lipski Museum in Lewków. In 2025, she participated in the exhibition Fringe Throwback at the Museum of Modern Art and was awarded in the Opening competition, organized by the Municipal Cultural Center in Zgierz. Her works are part of cultural institutions’ collections as well as private collections in Poland, Austria, the United Kingdom, and Spain.
